These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 77cb ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 77cb platform, or placing any bet or wager through 77cb services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using all 77cb services.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any 77cb service. Identity verification via CNIC or passport is required before first withdrawal. Underage accounts are immediately suspended upon detection.
Each player may maintain only one active 77cb account. Duplicate accounts linked to the same identity, device, or payment method will be closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions below.
All promotional bonuses at 77cb are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods stated in the individual promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are met. Bonus abuse triggers account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77cb login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who initiated it — is your legal responsibility under this Agreement.
77cb processes withdrawals subject to identity verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before dispatch. 77cb reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.
77cb provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session caps, and self-exclusion. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools immediately via the account dashboard.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Minimum Age. The 77cb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any 77cb service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. This requirement applies to all players globally, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan.
2.2 Age Verification Obligation. 77cb reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. This verification may be requested at account registration, before processing any withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review.
2.3 Underage Accounts. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned. Any winnings generated will be forfeited. 77cb maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and cooperates fully with regulatory bodies in cases of suspected underage account use.
2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 77cb platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77cb does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling regulations. Players accessing the platform do so of their own volition and at their own risk.
2.5 Single Account Eligibility. Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is entitled to maintain only one active 77cb account. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process at 77cb. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, your correct date of birth, and a currently active Pakistani mobile number where applicable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Approval. 77cb reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for the refusal. Approval of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of 77cb's right to subsequently close an account if compliance issues are identified.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each player may hold only one active account at 77cb. If a player is found to have registered duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — 77cb reserves the right to close all accounts, retain any deposits as an administrative penalty, and forfeit any outstanding balance including winnings.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your 77cb account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Self-Exclusion Records. 77cb maintains records of previously self-excluded accounts. Any individual who has previously self-excluded from 77cb is prohibited from registering a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate closure of the new account with winnings forfeited.
4.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77cb username, password, and any security verification codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
4.2 Liability for Account Activity. All bets, transactions, and instructions executed through your 77cb account are your legal responsibility, regardless of whether they were initiated by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your authorisation. 77cb accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where adequate precautions to protect credentials were not taken by the account holder.
4.3 Reporting Security Breaches. You must notify 77cb immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 77cb will investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. 77cb offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional additional security layer for account access. 77cb strongly recommends enabling 2FA. Failure to enable available security features does not reduce the account holder's responsibility for account activity.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 77cb accepts deposits via the payment channels listed on the platform, which include — without limitation — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The definitive list is displayed in the player wallet at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. 77cb does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced due diligence applies to deposits above certain thresholds as required by anti-money-laundering obligations.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the 77cb platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani players unless the player selects an alternative currency where available. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the rate published by 77cb at the time of the transaction.
5.4 Deposit Ownership. By depositing funds into your 77cb account, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the funds and that the payment method used belongs to you. Using payment methods registered to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.5 Failed Transactions. 77cb is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in processing deposits arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including payment network outages, bank processing delays, or JazzCash/EasyPaisa system maintenance.
6.1 Withdrawal Processing. 77cb will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours during banking operating times.
6.2 Identity Verification Requirement. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from any 77cb account is processed. This requires submission of a valid government- issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and may additionally require proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a one-time process unless there is a material change to the account holder's details or if a compliance review is triggered.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. Withdrawal requests below the minimum will be rejected and returned to the player's 77cb wallet balance.
6.4 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are not directly withdrawable. They must complete the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.5 Right to Request Additional Documentation. 77cb reserves the right to request additional identity, payment, or source-of-funds documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe stipulated by 77cb may result in the withdrawal being withheld pending compliance resolution.
6.6 Withdrawal to Third-Party Accounts. Withdrawals will not be processed to bank accounts, mobile wallets, or payment instruments that do not belong to the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests are refused as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers at 77cb are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Players must read and understand the individual promotion terms before accepting any bonus.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a player's 77cb account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on different game categories may contribute to the wagering requirement at different percentages as specified in the promotion.
7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion at 77cb is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. 77cb actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including — without limitation — placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and using betting strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds. 77cb reserves the right to withdraw bonus credits, void associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.6 Maximum Withdrawable Winnings. Certain promotions at 77cb impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on the 77cb platform are subject to acceptance by 77cb. 77cb reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where a technical error has occurred that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where a bet is suspected to be based on insider information.
8.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that a market is offered at clearly erroneous odds (also known as "palpable error"), 77cb reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and their stake returned. 77cb's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
8.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product at 77cb, all bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. 77cb is not liable for winnings generated as a direct result of a documented technical error.
8.4 Cricket & Sports Betting Rules. 77cb cricket betting — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and international Test and ODI matches — is governed by sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
8.5 Maximum Payout Limits. 77cb imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market information. 77cb reserves the right to limit maximum winnings paid to any player where cumulative winnings within a specified period exceed the published daily payout cap.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 77cb and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Upon detection of any prohibited activity, 77cb may immediately suspend the account, withhold outstanding funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. The player waives any right to claim withheld funds where prohibited activity is substantiated.
10.1 Commitment. 77cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling at 77cb is intended to be an entertaining activity. It carries financial risk and is not a method of generating income or recovering losses. If gambling is causing financial or emotional distress, players are strongly encouraged to use the tools provided by 77cb immediately.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may elect to self-exclude from the 77cb platform for a minimum period of 24 hours or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the specified duration. To activate self-exclusion, access the Responsible Gaming panel in your account dashboard.
10.3 Deposit & Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through the account dashboard. Once set, these limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they come into force.
10.4 Session Time Limits. Players may set session time reminders and hard cutoffs that will automatically log them out of the 77cb platform upon expiry of the set session duration.
10.5 Minor Protection. Account holders must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the 77cb platform through their devices. This includes enabling device-level parental controls and not sharing login credentials with other household members.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the 77cb platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the 77cb brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77cb or its licensed content providers.
11.2 Licence to Use. 77cb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
11.3 Prohibited Use of Content. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 77cb content without explicit prior written consent from 77cb.
12.1 Service Availability. While 77cb takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 77cb platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where 77cb is found liable for direct damages, 77cb's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Third-Party Game Providers. 77cb is not liable for technical faults, errors, or misconduct arising from third-party game software provided by external studios. Player disputes relating to third-party game outcomes are subject to the independent certification of the relevant game provider's RNG.
13.1 Company's Right to Suspend. 77cb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account immediately and without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, prohibited activity, breach of this Agreement, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, or where account activity raises concerns under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
13.2 Player's Right to Close Account. A player may request closure of their 77cb account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a player's account for any reason, all licences and rights granted under this Agreement to that player will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.
13.4 Dormant Accounts. An account will be classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77cb reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts as specified in the platform fee schedule published at the time the dormancy status is triggered.
14.1 Right to Amend. 77cb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or prominent platform notification at least 7 days before the updated terms come into force, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
14.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the 77cb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using all 77cb services before the amendments take effect.
14.3 Version Control. The current version number and effective date are shown in the header of this document. All previous versions are superseded in their entirety by the current version upon the stated effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship between 77cb and the player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77cb holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and 77cb, the player must first contact the 77cb support team in writing at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. 77cb commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.
15.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial notification, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by 77cb's licensing authority. 77cb's decision following the applicable dispute resolution process is final and binding.
15.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event that translations are made available in any other language, the English version shall be the authoritative document for the purpose of interpretation and dispute resolution.
